Tyche has made its Star Power Cost Calculator available through the Resource Center on its web site.

This Excel-based tool allows small and medium sized businesses to put a realistic annual cost on turnover among their employees based on the relevant cost factors for their unique situation. In addition to establishing the real cost of turnover, the calculator also provides estimates of the productivity and reduced sales costs associated with less than top performance.

"By entering some basic financial and production data into the spreadsheet a business owner can quickly and accurately estimate what it costs them every year to lose their top performers," explained Tyche Managing Partner Steve Murtagh. "Or to have too few of them on staff."
